i couldn't sleep all night. I was scared when see and smell things in this hotel. everything is horrrible. and they dont have elevator i even go with my lil baby and she feel uncomfortable too. My husband and i argue a lot about this place. Tiny and dark

Not a good experience. The pillow had some smell. Worse smell came from the small bolster. I was too tired to complain to the hotel. I just 'isolate' the bolster to the corner of the room and avoid the pillow parts that did not smell good. Otherwise, it is situated at a good location.

Very Disappointing experience. Room was very dark, there were no elevators so we had to drag our luggage to the third floor. And nobody offered to help us with our luggage. The room was very small and the hallways and room smelled moldy. Booked another hotel immediately.

This accomodation does not meet the minimum standards, if your after a culture shock this is for you My partner booked the accommodation the place is an absolute dive on arrival the previous guests towels were still in the bathroom, the shower head was broken. Eventually we were moved to another room. 1. the entire complex smells of moisture 2. bed mattress uncomfortable has exceeded lifespan. 3. Bed sheets seams split, fabric thin and faded. 4. Pillows flat no durability. 5. the photos supplied are exaggerated eg the paint was peeling, floors filthy - decorative pillows not present these photos do not represent the current condition. 6. Iron cord unsafe electrical wiring exposed tied into knots and taped up- unsafe. After enduring 2 nights we left early for our next destination. After reviewing other travellers comments the owner has failed to address any complaints is met with the standard response "Your feedback is important to us and we are working on it" Travellers do not receive value for money, overcharged for what is best described as hostel conditions at minimum.

Great service and reasonable price. Location is strategic in prime area, short distance to train service and varieties of local cuisines. Compliments to Fatin for making our stay memorable. Will be back again.
